Subject	-Best performance in "attracting 17.5 trillion won investment including SK Hynix" - Cheongju-si (Mayor Lee Seung Hoon) announced top 10 performance of Cheongju-si achieved by 850 thousand people of Cheongju under objective of "top economy Eutteum Cheongju". The city cose best performance as invest attraction of 17.4518 trillion won from 340 businesses including SK Hynix which led to local development. Especially, the city has completed the 15.5 trillion won investment of SK Hynix with the quick steps to expand district in Cheongju Technopolis. The selected top 10 performances are ▲improving local economy based on the largest investment attraction of 17.5 trillion won ▲securing 885.8 billion won national expense to enter the first 2 trillion won budget era ▲ ranked as no. 1 local government in integrated evaluation ▲successfully hosting Globalization of Jikji, Jikji Korea International Festival ▲ being awarded for the best silver welfare and senior employment ▲ Cheongwon Saengmyeong rice, recognized as premium goods with Lohas certificate 10 consecutive years ▲hosting urban hightech industrial complex to redraw Cheongju future industrial map ▲chose the location for second landfill to start the stable household garbage disposal basis ▲ opening the third bypass to start 30-minute life zone ▲ chose happy residence and new stay program to expand household for the commoner. First time since beginning of the constitution al government, Cheongju-si has accomplished autonomous integration of residents. Despite numberous concerns, the city has well established the integrated system based on harmony of residents such as earnest implement of agreement (92%), and became an exemplary case of local government with new stage of local development. Based on its geological benefits that it is located at the center of the nation due to highway network reaching every part of nation and opening of KTX Honam line, and first 2.5 million users of Cheongju international airport, Cheongju-si attracted investment with good opportunities of local development. As for the urban infrastructure, the opening of third bypass from Hyuam to Odong, the city became 30-minute life zone , and after the difficult period of 3 year and 3 months, Hoogi-ri Ochang-eup was decided as the second landfill of Cheongju-si and prepared the stables process basis of household garbage. Also, the industrial complex happy residence construction program which is supplied in lower price than the market (60~80%), and Cheongju was selected as corporate rental residence new stay supplement program, it is expected that the residential environment of mid and lower income household will be improved.
