Purpose of the Festival

The Cheongju Art Festival aims to promoting local art, discovering and succeeding traditional culture, developing creative art and promoting future art. The organizers are also planning to develop the creative and specialized art festival led by professional artists in Cheongju as a more popular festival for citizens in Cheongju, and to hold this event as a get together for the whole citizens to contribute to building a happy Cheongju.

Festival Policy

The festival will consist of cultural events which citizens themselves participate in. It will be a local culture festival for civil unity and will give hopes and dreams to young people.
