10 Days before Concert	Full Refund	Ticket cancellation and refunds can be done through the corresponding designated reservation site (1544-7860).
7 Days before Concert	10% Deduction
3 Days before Concert	20% Deduction
1 Day before Concert	90% Deduction
Cancellation on Day of Reservation	Full Refund

Tickets that have been reserved through payments without a bankbook will be imposed a refund account transfer charge of KRW 500 upon cancellation before being refunded.
Cancellations and Refunds after Ticket Delivery
- To cancel or refund a ticket that has already been delivered (mail delivery or reservation through visit), customers must visit the designated reservation site with the corresponding ticket.
  At this time, the delivery fee will not be refunded. Cancellations are not possible online.
- When cancelling a reservation made via a card, there may be slight differences in the refund method and date of the cancellation money according to the time of the cancellation and the refund handling standards of the corresponding card company.
- In order to reduce the burden on customers, Cheongju City is applying a rate lower than the commission regulated by the consumer damage compensation (Ministry of Finance and Economy Notification No. 2001-22).
The above information applies only to planned performances of Cheongju Arts Center and performances by the Cheongju Municipal Arts Troupe.
For venue rental performances, cancellation is possible until a deadline set by the hosting or supervising organization. Customers will be provided information on ticket cancellation and refund charges before the performance begins.
