- Providing safety keepers app service for smart phones, for safe returning home at night- Cheongju City is going to help safer returning at night for residents. The city constructs life safety keeper system by investing 450 million won by this October. Life safety keeper system is constructed by smart phone mobile safety app(application) system, safety keeper home page system and integrated control center GIS((geographic information system) software. Once the system is established, residents can download safety keeper app from the smart phone, and once they run app in a dangerous area at night, the location is transmitted to Cheongju City CCTV integrated control center. Cheongju City CCTV integrated control center confirms the realtime location information of the user through GIS bulletin board. If sudden emergency situation occurs to users, users shake the smart phone or push the SOS button. Then the SOS text message is sent and at the same time, emergency alarm is displayed, and on-site video and audio is automatically transferred so that rapid response for criminal becomes possible. Also in Safety Keeper homepage, traffic information of main highway, live video verification of Musimcheon disaster management CCTV(10 units), installing CCTV within the area, confirming present condition of Integrated Control Center and applying for the field trips are possible.
