- Installing playing facilities such as log maze in Ochang Placenta Chamber Park- Cheongju city is going to create 'the forest playground' in Ochang science and industry complex , Placenta Chamber Park as a part of Urban Forest Experience Project. Recently, Cheongju city is creating the forest playground so that people can enjoy nature escaping from the artificial playground, in accordance with the social recognition that experience of nature and education on forest is effective in children's development. The city decided the design plan by entering the design outsourcing in last January and collecting the opinion of residents and the day care center nearby, and made contract with the construction company last April. In succession, the city is going to begin in earnest on the construction in the beginning of May and complete the forest playground in the end of June. In the forest playground constructing this time, log maze, log crossing․climbing, rope playing, forest shade, study tables, signs and etc., with the scale of 10,000㎡ and business expenses of 100 million won, and all facilities are going to be created without destroying the natural environment and in a eco-friendly way.
