Cheongju-si has completed system development and construction including public opinions investigation and problem analysis through surveys and business presentations last year by investing 68 million won in constructing system. With the system, the city authority can notify administration information in real time through mobile to about 1,600 heads of villages and Tongs without using paper, expected to have temporal, economic effects about 200 million won annually. The heads of villages and Tongs using smartphone can install mobile-app to use mobile service, and 2G phone users can receive text messages to share meeting schedules and living information by visiting the website for them.
