Tickets for the 2022 Cheongwon Organic Life Festival, which is the largest agricultural and livestock festival in Korea, will be sold starting from the 8thof this month.
Tickets can be purchased at Nonghyup banks in Chungcheongbuk-do, Eup,·Myeon·or Dong administrative welfare centers and the main office for the Cheongwon Organic Life Festival on the first floor of the Cheongju Cultural Industrial Complex. The adult tickets cost KRW 5,000 and tickets for underaged children cost KRW 1,000. The ticket prices have stayed identical with those in 2019, as the festival is held for the first time in 3 years due to COVID-19. The amount of money equivalent to the ticket prices can be used as cash at the festival. If you purchase the festival tickets, entrance to the Munui Cultural Heritage Complex and Cheongju Zoo will also be available for free and the tickets for Cheongnamdae will be discounted by as much as KRW 2,000 for adults and KRW 1,000 for underaged children. The 2022 Cheongwon Organic Life Festival will be held at Miraeji Rural Theme Park in Ochang-eup for 11 days, from Sep. 30 to Oct. 10, under the theme of a new happy and vibrant festival. A variety of programs are planned, including a nationwide contest program, local artists' performances, Cheongwon Organic Life Singing contest and famous singers’ performance as well as sweet potato harvest experiences for children. Visitors are expected to feel recharged with the high-quality agricultural products grown in Cheongju and fresh food that people of all ages can enjoy. Cultural experience services will also be provided. |
