Cheongju-si will be conducting an investigation on the prices of individual housings that meet the standards for tax imposition in 2017 and opening up the verified results for the owners and interesting parties to receive their opinions. The individual housing prices available for viewing based on those of June 1st, 2017, and detached houses occurring as a result of partitioning or merging of land or construction of new buildings between January 1st and May 31st, 2017 are the targets. Owners and interested parties of the housings for viewing will be able to read the housing prices from August 11th to 31st at the Cheongju-si website, the Tax Collection Department of the –gu Office of the corresponding housing site, or the Public Service Centers of –eup and –myeong Offices or –dong Community Service Centers. Owners can leave their thoughts on the prices by submitting opinion sheets. The city will have a certified public appraiser verify the opinion submitted prices, and the Cheongju-si Commission on the Public Announcement of Real Estate Values will undergo deliberation this coming September to come to a decision and make an announcement on September 29th.
